Buying from a distance

How to buy before you move.

  1. 01

    Start with a video call

Tell me about your job location, commute, budget and must-haves. I'll map out where those fit.

  2. 02

    Get pre-approved

A local or national lender can approve you before you arrive.

  3. 03

    Tour by video

Live video tours let you walk the house with me, ask questions and see the street.

  4. 04

    Plan one trip

If you can visit once, we line up your top homes in one or two days.

  5. 05

    Inspect and close

Your inspector reports to you directly, and many closings can be signed remotely. I coordinate both ends.

Relocation questions

What people moving here ask.

Can I buy a home without seeing it in person?

Yes. Many buyers do it with live video tours, a full inspection and remote signing. I'll make sure you see everything the photos don't show.

How far is Dayton from Cincinnati?

About 55 miles, roughly an hour's drive on I-75, depending on where you start.

How do I choose an area?

Start with your commute, your budget and the kind of home you want. I'll show you the data on homes and prices, and you decide what fits.

What about schools?

Fair housing rules mean I don't steer anyone toward or away from any area. The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce publishes school report cards, so you can compare districts yourself.

Do you help with Northern Kentucky?

I'm licensed in Ohio. If you're looking in Kentucky, I can connect you with a trusted Kentucky agent.

How soon should I start?

As soon as you know you're moving. Even a few months out, we can get you pre-approved and watching the market.
