What does RealtorOS actually do?
It's a set of AI-assisted workflows for the daily work of a listing agent: weekly market updates, home value reports, listing descriptions, social posts and follow-up. You stay in control of everything that goes out.
Do I have to join a team or be mentored?
No. You can join eXp as an individual agent. Newer agents can lean on me for mentorship. Experienced, high-producing agents usually just want better systems and more time back, and that's what RealtorOS is for. You decide how much support you want.
How much will I make at eXp?
I don't make income promises. Your results depend on your own business. eXp's compensation plans are published in eXp's own materials, and I'll point you to them.
Do I need to be licensed in Ohio?
Yes, for Ohio. If you're licensed in another state, I can connect you with eXp leaders there.
Is this only for new agents?
No. Newer agents get structure, and experienced agents get time back with better systems.
